Château de Cérons Blanc comes from a beautiful 17th-century château on the left bank of Bordeaux and is served in 7 Michelin star restaurants. This is the most popular white wine in our portfolio. Textured and layered with beautiful depth, this will evolve in your glass as it warms up to room temperature. Pair with poultry, ham, fish, or salads.
Poggio alla Sala Rosso di Montepulciano is juicy with beautiful balance and subtle rustic notes. Throw it in the fridge for 15-minutes before serving and pair it with charcuterie, spice-rubbed pork roast, tomato-based pasta dishes, or simply on its own.
Château Nicot Rouge offers incredible value for a well-made Bordeaux. We recently held an in-person tasting with over 70 people and this was the most popular wine of the night! Give it at least 20-30 minutes to decant and pair with fattier dishes like rib steak or pork.
Château d'Aiguilhe is produced by the legendary Count Stephane von Neipperg in Côtes de Castillon, where the treaty to end the 100-year war was signed. The count has spent a fortune integrating biodynamic values and upgrading to state-of-the-art machinery for the vineyards and winemaking facilities. Since 2000, every château d’Aguilhe that Neipperg released has scored 89 points or higher, an incredible achievement for the region.
