Les Vignobles Dubourg produces Château Nicot Rouge, Blanc and Rosé on their family vineyard located between Saint-Emilion and Sauternes on the right bank of the Garonne river. Château Nicot blanc is a lively, young, acidified delight. The bouquet is fresh, floral and herbal. The addition of Sémillon gives a touch of creaminess that would pair well with vin blanc mussels or herbed Alfredo linguini

Domaine Moulinier Viognier 2018. 100% Viognier. $32.99 per bottle. Winemaker Stéphane Moulinier has mastered the old-world, refined style of Viognier. Pair with grilled halibut and apricot salsa or rosemary chicken.

Filodivino Verdicchio Classico DOC 2018. 100% Verdicchio. $35.99 per bottle. The name Verdicchio derives from “Verde” and refers to the slight green hue that wines made from the grape can have. Pair with a mixed seafood salad or roasted chicken with an olive gremolata.

Château de Cérons Blanc 2016. 50% Sémillon 45% Sauvignon Blanc 5% Sauvignon Gris $49.99 per bottle. It is both soft and crisp, finishing with a touch of crystallized pineapple. Pair with halibut covered in beurre blanc or pesto Alfredo.

Château de la Greffiére Saint-Véran 2019. 100% Chardonnay. $59.99 per bottle. Stunning. A generous, deep mix of fresh and cooked peaches, honey-drizzled almond granola, and a very slight iron note on the finish. As the southernmost appellation of Burgundy, Saint-Véran overlaps slightly with the northern edge of Beaujolais, offering a slightly warmer expression of Burgundian Chardonnay. Pair with New England clam chowder or chicken Cobb.

Rosé

Domaine Moulinier Le Rosé 2018. 70% Syrah 30% Grenache. $29.99 per bottle Stéphane Moulinier is a fifth-generation winemaker, following in the footsteps of his trailblazing father who was the first in the region to plant Syrah vines. This Cru Bourgeois Supérieur is complex, powerful and rich and can age for a good ten years or more. Plum, violet and cedar with a soft, elegant use of oak on the nose. The palate is big and easy drinking with tons of plum. Structured and balanced with lovely layers of vanilla and cedar. Pair with herbed rack of lamb with a red wine demi-glace and roasted potatoes.

Château de Cérons Rouge 2016. 55% Cabernet Sauvignon 45% Merlot. $49.99 per bottle. Served in seven Michelin Star restaurants.
