Delightfully aromatic. Fresh black fruit, baking spice with a hint of pepper. The palate is slightly more rustic with some underlying fruit; blackberries, black licorice, pepper, cherries and earth.
Bourgogne, not Burgundy.
Wonderful and complex. Chill for 10-minutes before serving to enhance acidity and the fresh notes of cranberry, candied cherry, white flower and blueberry.

Must-Try Margaux
Marquis de Mons is the second wine of the Margaux estate La Tour de Mons. A blend of Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes that are hand-harvested and sorted rigorously.
Pair with Watermelon and the Scent of Sunscreen.
Rosé gets its distinct pink colour through a production process known as maceration. Red wine grapes are crushed and left to soak with the skins of grapes for 2 hours for a lighter style of rosé, up to 3 or 4 days for a richer, darker pigmentation.
